Production Leader

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Location: Bishop Auckland

Shift: Night Shift 10pm - 6am

We are now seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Leader to join our growing team and ensure smooth and efficient operations within the manufacturing industry. The Production Leader would be managing, leading and motivating the department of 40 operatives and 2 team leaders on a daily basis ensuring the smooth running of the department.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and manage a team of production staff (40 operatives and 2 Team Leaders)
Mangaging KPIs, Safety, Training of Staff
Carry out quality checks on finished product to maintain high standards
Support operational efficiency and maintain strict safety procedures
Improvements and Efficiency driven

Skills Required for the Production Leader:

Experience within production
Strong organisational and communication skills
A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
